The fall yarns have started to arrive, and they are so much fun!
First, Lorna's Laces Green Line DK has arrived, a yummy organically grown merino dyed in a soft, subtle color palette. Great for baby items, thick socks, hats, and scarves. I had to grab a couple of skeins (colors: Echo & Silence) and start a pair of socks right away....

New items and restock of old favorites have arrived from Berroco, including one of my favorite yarns, Jasper:
I've started a pair of easy fingerless handwarmers, see how fun the subtle striping is?
And new from Berroco is an exciting fingering alpaca blend, Ultra Alpaca Fine. It's a sock/fingering weight alpaca blend that's machine washable! It comes in gorgeous heathered shades. Here's a fun one-skein handwarmer pattern from Berroco called ZigZag:

And this Friday, August 15th, is lunchtime knitting, from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Bring your project, and your lunch if you like, and join us for some creative downtime. Remember, lunchtime knitting is just social time, not class time, so just come prepared to have fun.

sales are final on sale yarn.

Sorry we haven't updated the store hours listing to reflect our updated Summer hours!
During the summer, we will stay open late on Tuesday evenings only if we have an active class that night. We encourage you to call us to double check on Tuesdays. If there is not an active class, we'll close at 5pm.
