This was the scene after closing Saturday; the sale wore us out! The champagne and sugar kept us going, though!

We sold lots of yarn to lots of happy customers, but we still have a lot of Debbie Bliss yarns that need good homes! We've decided to extend the closeout specials to find new owners for these soft. loveable yarns. Won't you come in and adopt some snuggly, bargain-priced yarns? There are Clover needles and other closeouts at great mark-downs that could follow you home, too!

Our sturdy, reliable little swift finally succumbed to the ravages of three years of rough daily use yesterday.  Poor little guy.  I thought about how we used our Nifty Swift, and figured that it probably got about ten times as much use as the average knitter's home swift.  What a trooper! 

It's been temorarily replaced while I consider whether or not to repair the break.   I'm just thankful we haven't had to do this for three years, as picturesque as it is:

Hi everyone,

A major typo was brought to my attention today, concerning the Stitch & Bitch dates for March.  Our next S&B night is March 15th, then another on the 29th.  We had accidentally published the alternating Thursdays.  Sorry for the mix-up, and we hope to see you at the next gathering!

Join us for Stitch & Bitch tonight from 6 to 8:30pm! 

Due to the severe weather, we will be closing at 2pm today.  Stitch and Bitch is cancelled for tonight.  Be Safe!

We've added a Handspinning class to the March schedule, taught by instructor Debbie Scott from the Greater Birmingham Fiber Guild.  The class is Saturday, March 24th, from 1 to 2:30pm.  Call or stop by to register.
