A FEW WORDS ON YOUR SUPPLIES AND OUR ASSISTANCE:

We know that we don’t carry every single type of yarn or knitting supply in existence. What we do have we are really proud to offer and we work very hard to give you beautiful, high-quality products at the best prices we can. We try not to turn away anyone who needs help, but if we don’t recognize either your yarn, your needles, or your pattern as coming from us then it’s unfair to ask us to give you free assistance or classes at the same price as the folks who do buy their class or project supplies from us. We are here and happy to help, and we love seeing some of the beautiful yarn and supplies that are only available elsewhere; but if you scratch our back, we’ll be even more willing and happy to scratch yours. Or, to put it another way: You wouldn’t take your Prius to the GM dealership and expect them to honor your Toyota warranty, now would you?
